Ingredients :
50g rolled oats quaker
2 tsp chia
2 tsp cacao powder nowfoodsofficial
100ml water
75ml almond milk
2 tbsp soy yogurt
1tbsp pancake syrup waldenfarmsinternational
15g U.S style peanut butter proteinmyproteinjp

Toppings :
Peanut butter peanutbutterco
Banana 🍌
Frozen berries (microwaved) πŸ‡
Protein granola myproteinjp
Pumpkin seeds

Add water to the oats and microwave for a minute
(you can skip this if you are using instant oats).
Mix in everything else and smooth it out in a bowl. Leave in
the fridge overnight and add toppings in the morning. ❀️❀️❀️
